If it has no sound at all, the headphone jack is fine and the logic board will need to be replaced. Select the problem your iPod is having. This item is a complete purchase; it includes parts and labor. Shipping Instructions: The final page in the checkout process will contain a receipt with our mailing address and mailing instructions.
