Then you will need to have your screen replaced. This item is a complete purchase and includes the parts and labor necessary to restore your Zen to 100% functional condition. Shipping Instructions: The final page in the checkout process will contain a Repair Ticket with instructions on where and how to ship your Zen for repairs. The shipping cost is for return shipping of your Zen. Your Zen will be repaired and shipped back to you within 24 hours of its arrival at our Repair Center.
