Item Description	P/N: LPCS285385 3.7 V Li-Ion Polymer OEM This is a used & tested battery in excellent condition. If your Zen Vision:M battery overheats, or if your Zen has a very short battery life, you definitely need to replace the battery. Do not turn on your Zen again until you replace your battery. Overheating can cause permanent damage to delicate internal hardware including the LCD screen and motherboard. NOTE: If your Zen will power on ONLY when connected to a wall/AC charger, the problem may not be your battery. Your motherboard's charging circuits could be damaged, or you may simply need to upgrade your firmware to version 1.62.02. Upgrading the firmware corrects 50% of battery charging issues.
